Got #Smudge? White Sage has long been used in shamanic practices for clearing and cleansing the subtle #energy bodies. But, do you have to be a #shaman or #reiki practitioner to promote balance of your own #chakras and #energy field? Absolutely not!  Self-care rituals such as smudging and bathing are simple, and readily accessible, as are the few necessary tools- and who would guess that smudging can even be done to clear the energy in rooms of the house!
